The Canary Hotel's casual 31 West features American cuisine with California twists, fresh seafood and dishes including ribollita soup, lobster club sandwiches, and brioche French toast with caramelized pears. The Canary Hotel features the 31 West Lounge, an outdoor pool, spa tub and fireplace on the sixth floor where guests can view the Pacific Ocean, Channel Islands and Santa Ynez Mountains. Wired and wireless Internet access exists throughout the building and guests are allowed to borrow laptop computers from the front desk. More than 5,000 square feet of meeting space and a catering department can accommodate up to 170 guests.
