The Bishop Farm Bed and Breakfast is located in Lisbon, N.H., north of the Franconia Notch Region in the White Mountains. The Sugar Hill area, the historic town of Littleton, N.H., and the Vermont state line are approximately five miles from the inn. Franconia Notch State Park offers an aerial tramway at Cannon Mountain, the New England Ski Museum, two lakes for trout fishing, and hiking on the Appalachian Trail 12 miles away.
Set on 19 acres, the Bishop Farm Bed and Breakfast offers direct access to miles of private, local and state-owned groomed trails for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing. This white three-story farmhouse, built in 1876, features the original red dairy barn, an inviting front porch with rocking chairs, a horseshoe pit and a back porch with views of the surrounding forest. Full complimentary breakfasts are served each morning on the back porch or in the breakfast room. Complimentary wireless Internet access, and fax and photocopy services are available. A living room with a fireplace, chess table and board games, and a sunroom and tea room are offered for guests' use. Pets are not allowed at this property.
