Location. The Antlers at Christie Base by Steamboat Resorts is adjacent to the base of the Christie lifts in Ski Time Square, two miles from downtown Steamboat Springs, Colo. Ski Time Square is in the center of the ski village, which offers shops, restaurants and après ski entertainment. A private guest shuttle is available to downtown dining, shopping and entertainment in the winter.
Features. This ski-in/ski-out condominium resort was designed for discriminating travelers, featuring the quality found in fine custom homes with a high level of guest services. The townhomes offer a spacious mountain lodge atmosphere and upscale Western decor. A heated outdoor pool and hot tub are located at the base of the Christie lifts. Access to steam rooms is provided to guests of the resort. The property features complimentary covered parking and heated walkways. An on-site ski valet, change room and ski storage area are available. Management is located on site. Bell staff and concierge services are available. Made-to-order espresso drinks and pastries are provided each morning. Pets are not allowed at the property.
Guestrooms. The well-appointed townhomes at The Antlers at Christie Base feature gas fireplaces with stone surrounds, leather sofas and mahogany furniture. All units feature private decks or patios with ski slope or valley views. Fully equipped kitchens include touch-tone appliances and Sub-Zero refrigerators/freezers. Washers and dryers are provided in all accommodations. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available. Living areas offer cable television with pay movies, DVD players and VCRs, CD players, telephones with voice mail and sofa beds. The townhomes include complimentary designer bath products, premium bedding and terry-cloth bathrobes. Daily housekeeping is provided, and turn-down service is available on request. All guests receive an in-room complimentary bottle of wine and souvenir wine tin upon arrival.
