Bedding includes seven down pillows and 400-thread-count Egyptian cotton linens, while Italian marble bathrooms offer two styles of Frette bathrobes and designer toiletries. Each includes stereos with 10 satellite music stations and three-disk CD players, complimentary high-speed Internet access, fax-machines, scanners, copiers and color printers. Additionally available are minibars, French-press coffeemakers and complimentary gourmet coffee.
Expert Tip. The Sorrento further distinguishes itself by offering "Clefs d'Or" concierge services. This prestigious accolade may be conferred upon applicant concierges whom are proposed by two active Clefs d'Or, or Golden Keys, members. Five years of concierge experience in a hotel of good standing is required.
