Location.
The Patricia Grand Resort Hotel is an oceanfront resort located in Myrtle Beach, S.C., one mile from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. The property is approximately one-and-one-half miles from the Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum and Ripley's Aquarium. Myrtle Beach Pavilion amusement park is less than two miles away. Family Kingdom Amusement Park is less than three miles from the property.

The property offers beach access, an oceanfront outdoor pool with a separate children's area, an indoor pool, a lazy river and spa tubs. A pool bar is open in season. Fitness equipment and saunas are also available. Grand Central Station is open daily for breakfast and dinner, featuring burgers, sandwiches, steaks and salads. Fitness equipment and saunas are also available. Concierge and business services are provided at the property's 24-hour front desk. Other amenities include a gift shop and laundry facilities. Pets are not allowed at this property.
Guestrooms.
Renovated in 2005, Patricia Grand Resort Hotel accommodations feature private balconies. All units provide cable television with premium channels and complimentary wireless Internet access. Select units offer kitchens, sitting areas and dining areas.
A resort fee of 4% of the room rate and an access fee of $5 per room/night and is collected at time of booking. Fees subject to change.
The resort fee includes: unlimited local phone calls and use of the in-room safe. The access fee includes: use of the pool, spa tubs, and the fitness center.
Trailer parking:
Trailer parking is not allowed at the hotel. Guests staying at the hotel for 2009 May Bike Weeks may only park trailers at a designated offsite location. Security is provided 24 hours, and fees apply.
All guestrooms at this hotel are nonsmoking. A $150 fee will be charged for smoking in guestrooms.
One member of each guest party must be at least 21 years of age to register at this hotel. The member will be responsible for all incidental charges.
