Location. The Conrad Miami towers 36 stories above the downtown financial district in Miami, Fla. The property stands two-and-one-half miles from the Port of Miami. The Miami Beach Convention Center and South Beach are six miles from the hotel.
Hotel Features. The Conrad Miami sports minimalist architectural design with glass and steel construction. Contemporary styling prevails throughout the hotel, including Level 25, a social milieu on the 25th floor. Level 25 presents the award-winning Atrio restaurant, serving Spanish-Asian cuisine under the direction of Executive Chef Michael Gilligan. Atrio's specialties include Pan Seared Citrus Salted Ostrich Loin and Rum and Black Pepper Glazed Filet Mignon. Also in the Level 25 area, The Wine Attic and The Bar pair vintage wines and specialty cocktails with panoramic bay views. On the 14th floor of an adjacent building, the Conrad Miami offers access to a rooftop swimming pool flanked by a spa tub, private cabanas and a poolside eatery. On the 24th floor, Spa Chakra administers 60 specialty health and beauty treatments, including Vichy showers and hydrotherapy sessions. Spa Chakra Fitness features cardiovascular and weight-training equipment, and offers personal training sessions and nutrition consultations.
Guestrooms. The hotel's 203 guestrooms present studio- or suite-style floor plans. The contemporary accommodations display leather, glass, wooden and metal components. Spa-style amenities include bathrobes, slippers and Molton Brown toiletries. Beds are dressed in Hilton Suite Dreams bedding featuring pillowtop mattresses and triple sheeting. Pillow menus are available. Rooms are equipped with high-speed Internet access, CD and DVD players, and flat screen televisions. Mini bars stock a selection of chilled beverages.
