Location. The Angler's Boutique Resort is located in Miami Beach, Fla., two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. The hotel is tucked within a residential area off Washington Avenue. The Miami Beach Marina, offering private boating and water sports, is within four blocks of the hotel.
Hotel Features. The Angler's Boutique Resort is comprised of two Mediterranean Revival buildings built in the 1930s by architect Henry Maloney, and two new buildings by Allan T. Shullman and Ralph Choeff, for a global, modern ambience. Gardens surround an indoor/outdoor bar and sidewalk café. The hotel features an outdoor pool. Poolside and in-room spa treatments are offered. Wireless Internet access is available.
Guestrooms. Each technologically-advanced guestroom boasts iPod docking stations, wireless Internet access, DVD players and 42-inch, plasma televisions. Stainless steel appliances include stocked minibars and mini fridges. Beds are dressed in 400-thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. Separate living areas are decorated in neutral taupe and chocolate brown tones and offer sofa beds.
Expert Tip. Resort hosts can arrange for VIP and line-skip passes at area clubs. Just ask.
