The MGM Grand Hotel and Casino contains a 29,000 square foot Japanese-style spa and health center offering treatments including Zen Stone Massage and Fijian Sugar Rub. The spa includes a fitness center, saunas, steam rooms, spa tubs and the Cristophe Salon of Beverly Hills.
