Location. Fashioned after an Old West mining town, the off-strip Silverton Casino Lodge in Las Vegas, Nev., stands adjacent to the Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World. The Las Vegas Outlet Mall is located one mile away, while the Las Vegas Strip is seven miles from the hotel.
Hotel Features. Seasons, the hotel's live action buffet-style dining venue, contains six stations that offer international choices. Twin Creeks presents a menu with sophisticated steakhouse entrees. Shady Grove Lounge serves beer and appetizers, and features 12 plasma televisions. Mi Casa Grill Cantina serves more than 65 varieties of tequila. The Sundance Grill serves American favorites 24 hours a day. The hotel offers wireless Internet access in public areas for a fee. Live entertainment is available at The Pavilion, and the hotel's casino offers 90,000 square feet of gaming action with 2,200 slot machines and 30 table games. Other recreational amenities include a seasonal courtyard, an outdoor pool and spa tub, and a 24-hour complimentary fitness room.
Guestrooms. This four-story property offers 291 guestrooms decorated with mixed-wood furnishings and color schemes in shades of chocolate brown, deep red and ivory. Adirondack-style rooms feature exposed-wood beam ceilings, while all offer pillowtop mattresses. Rooms include minibars and in-room safes. Cable television is equipped with premium movie channels and CD players. Wireless Internet access is available for a fee.
Expert Tip. The hotel's 117,000-gallon aquarium features an artificial reef that provides habitat for more than 4,000 tropical fish, including three species of stingrays and three species of shark.
