Café Japengo offers dining and specializes in sushi and Pacific Rim cuisine. Flemings Steakhouse and Wine Bar serves hand-cut prime steaks. The Melting Pot prepares fondue at the adjacent restaurant village. Barcino Grill serves Mediterranean/California fusion dishes and features continental buffet-style breakfasts for a fee. Blue Coral, conceived by restaurant entrepreneurs Bill Allen and Paul Fleming, partners with the hotel and features innovative seafood dishes. A business center houses five computer stations. Wireless Internet access is available for a fee. A total of 32,000 square feet of function space accommodates events. Function space includes a glass-enclosed outdoor pavilion. The property features an outdoor pool with private spa-service cabanas.
Guestrooms. This 16-story hotel offers 419 contemporary guestrooms featuring Hyatt Grand Beds with Mission-style headboards, pillowtop mattresses and luxury linens. Rooms feature framed art prints and cream, chocolate and ocean-blue color schemes. Bathrooms contain marble-topped vanities and are stocked with Portico toiletries. High-speed wired and wireless Internet access is available for a fee. Rooms contain MP3 adaptors. Complimentary in-room safes are laptop compatible. Accommodations include minibars and coffeemakers. Refrigerators are available upon request.
