Location. The Cottages on the Green is located along the first fairway of the Perdido Bay Golf Club in Pensacola, Fla. The town features a blend of Old Spanish brickwork, French balconies and Victorian mansions. The revitalized downtown, just over 14 miles from the property, boasts century-old buildings housing theaters, shops, restaurants and bars. Other popular local attractions include the National Museum of Naval Aviation and the Pensacola Zoo, which boasts over 700 exotic animals and Japanese gardens. The Big Lagoon State Recreation Area is less than three miles from the property and Orange Beach, Ala. is 13 miles away. The National Museum of Naval Aviation at the U.S. Naval Air Station, home to the Blue Angels, is eight miles away.
