The Inn at Stony Creek is located in Warwick, N.Y., one-quarter mile from Wheeler Creek. Balloon flights are available less than 13 miles from the property over then New York countryside. The Museum Village is 13 miles from the inn, and features exhibits on the way of life in the 1800s including antique cabins, weaving, candle making, a blacksmith, and a print shop.
This Greek Revival home features porches that wrap around three-quarters of the house and feature rockers, chairs and a cafe setup on the back porch. The property offers gardens with bird houses built for the adjacent public Audubon Reserve. Full, complimentary breakfasts are served each morning on the back deck or in the dining room and include the inn's signature Egg Souffle. Pets are not allowed at this property.
Guestrooms at the Inn at Stony Creek all offer private bathrooms. The Sam Houston room is decorated in French toile and features a four-poster bed with draped curtains and a fireplace. A four-poster bed, fireplace and private sitting area are available in The Fox and Hound Suite which is accented in federal style. The Americana Suite offers a private entrance, jetted tub, 42-inch plasma television, fireplace and American antiques. The Patriot Room features a four-poster bed with canopy and Empire and Country folk art antiques.
