Location. The Inn on Charlotte is located in St. Augustine, Fla., one-quarter mile from Flagler College. The inn is one-half mile from Castillo de San Marcos National Monument and the Lightner Museum. Anastasia State Park is two miles from the inn.
Features. Built in 1918, the Inn on Charlotte features a two-story front porch. Decorated with antiques, the inn's parlor features hardwood floors and a stone fireplace. The inn serves complimentary breakfasts in the dining room next to the parlor. On weekends and holidays, a complimentary mimosa is available upon request with breakfast. Complimentary afternoon refreshments include wine, sodas and coffees.
Guestrooms. The Inn on Charlotte's guestrooms feature private bathrooms with two-person jetted tubs and bathrobes. All guestrooms are decorated with antique furnishings. Select guestrooms offer balconies and fireplaces. All accommodations include cable television. Wireless Internet access is available.
Expert Tip. The Inn on Charlotte is one-half mile from the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument. Spanish colonists constructed the star-shaped fort in 1672. Encompassing more than 20 acres, Castillo de San Marcos is open daily, except December 25.
