Location. The Hyatt Regency Sacramento is located on a palm tree-lined street in Sacramento, Calif. The hotel overlooks the State Capitol complex and is one block from the Sacramento Convention Center. The 40-acre park across the street contains a collection of trees from all 50 states. Sacramento International Airport is 12 miles from the property.
Hotel Features. The Mediterranean-style lobby at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento portrays sophistication with cream-colored paneled walls and dark oriental rugs. A sunken lobby bar, Amourath 1819, invites guests to gather at round cocktail tables with oversized cushioned chairs. The bar overlooks the poolside patio, where abundant greenery surrounds a freeform pool and spa tub. Vines Café for All Seasons features champagne brunches and casual buffet lunches. The hotel includes 28,000 square feet of meeting space, ranging from ballrooms to intimate conference rooms. A 24- hour business center offers high-speed Internet access, and wireless Internet access is available in the lobby.
Guestrooms. Refined guestrooms feature stylish furnishings such as dark cherry-wood entertainment centers and silver accent tables. Corner King guestrooms feature separate sitting areas with sofas and coffee tables. Ideal for entertaining, Parlor Suites offer living and dining rooms, wet bars, refrigerators and microwave ovens. All guestrooms include minibars, high-speed Internet access and coffeemakers.
Expert Tip. Comprising the K Street Mall along with many neighboring shops and restaurants, the Downtown Plaza features shopping and entertainment and is located just five blocks from the Hyatt Regency Sacramento. The Downtown Plaza includes a Thursday-night market in the summer and an outdoor ice-skating rink in the winter.
