Location. Directly across the street from Big Kahuna's Water Park in Destin, Fla., Sterling Resorts - Emerald Towers offers a beachfront location with quick access to water rides, go-kart tracks and a miniature golf course. Many of Destin's fine seafood and chain restaurants are available nearby on Scenic Gulf Drive and one-half mile away on the Emerald Coast Parkway. Outlet shopping is available seven miles away at the Silver Sands Factory Stores, which is said to be the nation's largest designer outlet center with over 100 stores.
Features. Sterling Resorts - Emerald Towers is a 15-story beachfront high-rise located in a 24-hour gated community. This resort offers private beach access and a freeform outdoor pool, heated seasonally. An on-site fitness center, two lighted tennis courts and complimentary unlimited DVD rentals are provided. Beach service is available in season.
Guestrooms. The non-smoking condominiums at Sterling Resorts - Emerald Towers offer beach, safari, or contemporary decor with 1,100 square feet of living space. Kitchens are equipped with refrigerators and microwave ovens. Condos offer private gulf-front balconies with access from the main bedrooms and living rooms. Cable television with VCRs and wireless Internet access are provided.
Expert Tip. Many guests will be able to see dolphins swimming in the ocean from their balconies.

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during the spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups are prohibited.
A limited damage waiver fee of $40/stay is included in the room rate. Rates are inclusive and no additional fees will be collected upon check-in.
