Located near Biscayne Bay and one of Miami's most charming neighborhoods, the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami, Fla. is a short walk to the sidewalk cafes and boutiques along the Streets of Mayfair and CocoWalk. Hotel Features. The hotel's signature restaurant, Bizcaya, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Culinary stations feature international specialties and flowing champagne and mimosas. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served indoors or on the outdoor patio next to a cascading waterfall with Chef de Cuisine Jason Schneider preparing a mixture of Italian bistro fare and grilled specialties. The Lounge serves cocktails, afternoon tea and light meals on candlelit tables and live music featured Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The Ritz-Carlton, Coconut Grove's Boutique Spa includes Payot Intensive Facial Treatments, body and massage therapies and remedies including the Tandem Facial and Pedicure. Expert Tip. French Champagne cocktails are served during Ultra Hour in the hotel's Amadeus Bar where guests can mingle and dance while a live DJ spins tunes till 11 p.m. every Thursday. Amadeus Bar is transformed with Tango Nights featuring World Tango Champion Monica Llobet with lessons Tuesday nights from 9 to 10 p.m. and dancing until 2 a.m.
