Location. The Turf Valley Resort and Conference Center is located in the rolling hills of Ellicott City, Md. The property is 20 miles from downtown Baltimore and 40 miles from Washington, D.C.
Hotel Features. Originally a thoroughbred horse farm, the 1000-acre resort includes a conference center, two 18-hole championship golf courses and a European Spa. The golf courses accommodate players of all levels. Additional activities include indoor and outdoor pools, three tennis courts and a sand volleyball court. The European Spa specializes in Swedish massages, Vichy Shower body treatments and deep cleansing facials. Two on-site restaurants are open daily. Alexandra's offers fine dining options including Citrus Marinated Salmon and Rosemary Roasted Rack of Lamb. Terrace on the Green serves casual cuisine including Maryland crab cakes.
