Location. The Sheraton Sand Key Resort is located on Clearwater Beach, Fla., between the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay. It is 12 miles west of St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport.
Hotel Features. Restaurants at the Sheraton Sand Key include Rusty's Bistro, featuring extensive seafood and wine menus, and the Island Grill, which offers a casual, family-oriented atmosphere. The Sheraton Sand Key offers more than 24,000 square feet of meeting space, including a grand ballroom. An equipped business center provides busy executives with high-speed Internet access, a laptop work area and two computers with Microsoft Office Suite software. Sheraton Sand Key Resort spotlights a pool area nestled between white sand and lush greenery. Poolside cabanas include service from the outdoor Turtle Bar. The Suncoast Fitness Center offers cardiovascular equipment, massages and facial treatments. The resort's tennis center offers three all-weather courts. Wireless Internet access is available for a fee in all public areas, including conference rooms, restaurants and by the pool.
Guestrooms. The Sheraton Sand Key has 390 guestrooms, including 15 suites located on the 8th floor. All rooms are equipped with a 37-inch flat-screen cable televisions, coffeemakers, in-room video folio review and and private balconies. Guestrooms offer high-speed wired and wireless Internet access available for a fee. Suites include a 42" flat screen TV and living room sofa features a sofa bed.
Expert Tip. Guests enjoy live jazz piano at Rusty's Bistro in the resort, Tuesday through Saturday evenings.
