Location. The Eaglewood Resort and Spa is located one mile from the Chicago Raceway in Itasca, Ill. The hotel is four miles from Lynfred Winery.
Hotel Features. The Eaglewood Resort and Spa showcases Frank Lloyd Wright-influenced architecture with upscale rustic décor. The resort includes a conference center and two business centers. An 18-hole golf course and bowling alley, and a spa, an indoor pool and fitness center are featured. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in the hotel lobby and common room. Contemporary American cuisine is offered at Burnham's. A casual dining experience is offered at Prairie River, which offers an outdoor deck and pool tables. Ogden's, the lobby bar, serves light snacks.
Guestrooms. Guestrooms include rich cherry and mahogany furnishings, and beds with pillowtop mattresses. Select rooms feature balconies. Bathrooms contain granite vanities, curved shower rods and Aveda toiletries. Refrigerators and microwave ovens are available.
Expert Tip. Lynfred Winery, four miles northwest of the resort, offers wine tasting daily and tours most weekends.
