The Equus Restaurant and Loungebar's California fusion menu highlights local ingredients and emphasizes classic flavors with Mediterranean, Spanish and French influences. The Loungebar features Friday evening wine tasting and Saturday entertainment. Meeting rooms at the Fountaingrove Inn can accommodate up to 450 people in a variety of arrangements.
Guestrooms. The hotel has 124 guestrooms, featuring custom-designed Scandinavian furnishings with polished brass appointments, separate dressing alcoves and double closets.
