The Tannenbaum Condominiums are located one-half mile from the Breckenridge Ski Resort in the south end of Breckenridge, Colo. The resort's Quicksilver Lift is a short walk along the Blue River, and the ski shuttle stops one-half block away approximately every 20 minutes. Downtown Breckenridge and the Mountain Top Children's Museum are less than one mile away.
This property includes two apartment-style buildings set in a wooded area near the Blue River. One of the buildings offers an elevator. Both buildings offer access to a large deck area, two barbecue grills and picnic tables. Laundry facilities are provided. Access to the Columbine Pool Center, which includes a seasonal outdoor pool and two hot tubs, is provided. Pets are not allowed.
Condominiums at this property feature full kitchens, private balconies, and living areas with cable television.
