Location. The Lido Beach Resort in Sarasota, Fla., is a beachfront hotel located on Lido Beach. Built on the 35-mile stretch of beach on Lido Key, a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico, the resort is minutes from downtown Sarasota and within walking distance of the shops, cafes and galleries in renowned St. Armand's Circle.
Hotel Features. Christopher's Tropical Fine Dining features Asian-influenced tropical cuisine, and the Café Lido and Lounge serves steaks and seafood. A tiki bar and lounge provide a tropical setting for live entertainment nightly. Located eight stories above Lido Beach, the resort's meeting facilities give a West Indies flair to business functions or private receptions. An on-site business center and complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access are available. Guests can sunbathe at the private beach or enjoy the resort's two pools, landscaped sundeck and three spa tubs, all outlined with palm trees. An on-site fitness room is also available.
