Location. Located in Florida's fashionable Palm Beach Gardens, the PGA National Resort & Spa is one of the country's premier sports, wellness and leisure resorts. Beaches are only eight miles away, and Worth Avenue shopping and the Norton Museum of Art are both nine miles from the resort. The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, located 14 miles away, hosts over 800 shows annually and is home to Ballet Florida, Miami City Ballet, Palm Beach Broadway Series, Palm Beach Opera and the Palm Beach Pops.
Features. The resort's restaurant collection offers both casual and fine dining, including the Citrus Tree, serving breakfast and lunch. Property amenities include meeting facilities, room service, concierge desk, wedding services, airport transportation and wireless Internet access for a fee. The resort offers five private golf courses, and is home to the Hondo Classic, a PGA Tour event. A European-style spa with more than 100 services and a health club, 19 tennis courts and tournament croquet lawns are available on site. Adult and children's activities include golf and tennis sessions. PGA National Resort & Spa also features miles of trails for biking, walking or jogging. Pets are allowed at the property for a fee. This resort is now smoke-free.
Guestrooms. All accommodations feature bathrobes, coffeemakers, complimentary coffee and modem/data port connections. The beautifully furnished cottages feature large living rooms and fully equipped kitchens with stoves, refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, and washers and dryers.
Expert Tip. The redesigned outdoor pool at the resort is a tropical paradise accented by water features, a separate children's pool and play area, and swaying palms.
