Location. The Latham Hotel is a European-style boutique hotel located in the historic city center of Philadelphia, Pa. Hotel Features. The hotel's Art Deco brick building sits on the corner of South 17th and Moravian. The impressive lobby features dignified furnishings and oriental rugs beneath high ceilings and a shimmering chandelier. Originally constructed as a residential building, the Latham Hotel maintains residential intimacy with personalized service.
