Location.The Conifer House Bed and Breakfast is located in Flagstaff, Ariz., less than three miles from downtown. An eclectic assortment of shops, antique emporiums and restaurants is within three miles of the bed and breakfast. The Lowell Observatory, where the former planet Pluto was discovered in 1930, is three miles from the property. Features. This Arts and Crafts style home is nestled on over one acre shaded by towering blue spruce and rustling aspen trees. Complimentary full breakfasts are served each morning in the patio, courtyard or breakfast room. The inn features scrambled eggs Benedict, consisting of lightly toasted English muffins, herb-seasoned scrambled eggs, smoked turkey, asparagus and a hollandaise sauce. The Guest Services area provides a refrigerator stocked with cold drinks, a microwave oven and a variety of snacks. A computer station and complimentary wireless Internet access are provided. Board games and a video and DVD library are offered in the Guest Services area. The courtyard features sitting areas. Pets are not allowed at the property.
Guestrooms. The Conifer House Bed and Breakfast offers four guestrooms equipped with cable television, DVD players and VCRS. All units feature private bathrooms including bathrobes, two-person jetted tubs and separate marble showers. Rooms offer private entrances. All accommodations include fireplaces. Select units showcase mission- style, black iron or sleigh beds. Turndown service is provided.
Expert Tip. The Walnut Canyon National Monument offers picturesque scenery and ancient Native American cliff dwellings less than 14 miles from the inn.
