Plaza III Steakhouse serves beef, chops and seafood. JAXX Sports Bar features five big-screen, plasma, high-definition televisions tuned to sports events. The bar menu includes sandwiches, salads and wings. Currents Lounge offers entertainment via plasma-screen televisions, and serves Starbucks coffee. An independent Einstein Bros. Bagels is located on the lobby level. The business center contains three computer stations. A total of 110,000 square feet of function space accommodates events. Wireless Internet access is complimentary in public areas. Recreational amenities include a rooftop splash pool, a spa tub and a complimentary 24-hour fitness center with cardiovascular equipment with personal televisions. Additional hotel amenities include an e-concierge service and FastBoard kiosks. Pets are permitted with restrictions.
Guestrooms. This 19-story property offers 966 guestrooms with St. John's River or city views. Hyatt Grand Beds feature pillowtop mattresses, 250-thread count sheets, down blankets and decorative pillows. Refrigerators are available upon request for a fee. Technological enhancements include MP3 adaptors. Bathrooms feature shower/tub combinations and are stocked with Portico toiletries.
Expert Tip. The Hyatt Regency's Stay Fit concierge offers Fitness GPS Forerunner Wristbands to guests of the hotel. This clever pocket-sized apparatus monitors heart rate, and plots courses and distances.
