Emails are not sent to the hotel you are staying at or have stayed in. We do not forward emails directly to the hotel.
We will answer any questions or concerns you have about a current reservation or any problems making a reservation with us. We do not have access to reservations made through another service or directly with the hotel. All changes to a reservation are to be made by the customer.
